Therapeutic Gardening
Nat currently facilitates the “Grow a Garden” program at the Pinjarra Women’s Centre, weekly on a Friday morning.
Nat is a member of the THA (Therapeutic Horticulture Australia) and a member of the AIH (Australian Institute of Horticulture). Nat is an avid gardener, who combines her knowledge of gardening and plants with her background and qualifications in psychology and mental health, to provide therapeutic horticulture.
Guided mindful walks in nature, including a sit-spot practice and mindfulness activities. Walks are approx. 2 to 3km. Walking at a slow pace, taking time for reflection in nature.
Nat has completed the INFTA Forest Therapy certificate and the Introduction to Nature-based Therapy with NBT Academy. Nat is also a Mental Health First Aider.

Autistically You Program
Created specifically for autistic women, this online program includes a workbook / journal (PDF or paper version) that is self-paced, with monthly meet-ups online via Zoom.
Autistically You! is a mental health and wellbeing program that covers important topics such as self-care, boundary-setting, self-compassion, Ikigai, gratitude and neurodivergent-friendly affirmations, nature-based therapy, positive psychology, and creativity exercises. Filled with beautiful photographs throughout (taken by Nat), Autistically You will sure to provide inspiration and validation.
Workshops held in Erskine, Mandurah. Space to create, relax, and practice self-care. Nat provides a safe, calming environment to allow creativity to flourish! Workshops include:
Botanical Ink Dyeing, Paper making, painting, Values vision boards and more.

Autistically YOU! is a program, designed and created by an autistic woman, for autistic women.
The Autistically YOU! program is a self-paced program that incorporates:
‘real’ self-care into your life
values audit and life audit
self-compassion
finding your purpose in life
neurodivergent in nature
positive psychology
principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Narrative Therapy (NT)
This program will help you:
to reduce the likelihood of autistic burnout
understand what makes you YOU!
learn strategies on how you can improve your mental health and wellbeing
understand how to not just survive but to thrive (flourish) as an autistic women
The Autistically YOU! program is currently being updated, and will soon be available as a self-paced program, meaning you can work through it at a pace that suits you best! Whats more, is that every month there will be Zoom online sessions for those particpants who are doing the program, so you still get the benefit of connecting with other like-minded, autistic women.

Im a nature-lover, gardening enthusiast, adventure-seeking, creative woman, who likes to ponder the meaning of life. I value creativity, love of learning, equality, fairness, compassion, connection, and curiosity.
I am a late diagnosed, Autistic + ADHD woman, who has a background in Psychology (BA Psych, majoring in Social Science), and a Grad Cert in Autism Studies and currently completing a Grad Cert in Mental Health.
