What is self-care? What do you do for yourself? In todays session we discuss self-care and the importance of finding the time to de-stress, relax, ground yourself… the first step in your self-care routine is knowing yourself first! Self-care for autistic women is an important part in helping to prevent overflow, that point of exhaustion and shutdown.
Share ways that you nurture yourself, and learn from other autistic women in the group.
